MQH Faith Formation Program aims to bring the Good News to all of its students and their parents/guardians in person.
School of Religion
Our religious education program provides sacramental preparation and Catholic religious formation and education programs for the children of the parish who attend the local public schools. Classes are held on Sunday morning from 8:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Parental involvement in the program is encouraged.
REGISTRATION
Your child must be in First Grade or higher in order to join the program. The following documents are required with your child’s registration form.
- Child’s Baptismal Certificate
- Proof of Parish Membership
- Registration fees:
- One Child: $150
- Two Children: $200
- Three or more children in the same household: $250
A separate form is to be filled out for each child being registered.

RCIA
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults provides religious formation and education for non-Catholic adults desiring to be fully incorporated into the Catholic faith and for baptized Catholics who wish to receive their First Communion and Confirmation.
